The Orientation Program, organized by the Dokuz Eylül University International Student Coordination Office for international students who have recently joined our university and those currently continuing their studies, was held on October 6, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in the Conference Room located on the ground floor of Block D at the School of Foreign Languages on the DEU Main Campus.

Organized to support our international students’ adaptation to university life and academic processes, as well as to provide information about the opportunities and student activities available at our university, the program featured a presentation by our Coordinator, Prof. Dr. İrem Aşkar Karakır, introducing the office and its activities.

As part of the program, a fourth-year international student shared valuable insights about their experiences, while the President of the International Student Association provided important information about the Association. We thank them for their contributions and valuable presentations.

The program, which took place with the active participation of our students, continued with fun and interactive Kahoot activities. At the end of the event, prizes were awarded to the students who placed in the Kahoot competition.

As the International Student Coordination Office, we would like to thank all the students who participated in our program and wish them success in their academic lives at our university.
